• Waterpark Day Groups must have at least 10 guests (over the age of 3) to qualify for a group rate.

• Reservations must be made and paid in full with a credit/debit card at the time of reservation. Must be reserved at least 7 business days prior to arrival and based on availability.
• Group events are non-refundable
• Tax-exempt forms are required as permitted by the State of Wisconsin.

Lock-In & After Hour Events

• Lock-In reservation must be made with a $1000 non-refundable deposit at least 1 month prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees.
• Security and EMT are required with Lock-in. Extra charges are applied based on the number of staff members needed.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
