Attraction Safety Information
To ensure a safe and fun experience, we recommend that you check attraction rules and requirements prior to arrival. Please note that children must be at least three years of age and must meet the minimum height requirements to enjoy the rides. For everyone's safety, closed-toe shoes are required for The Cliffs of Foolsanity climbing walls, Tarantok Basecamp Mini-Ropes Course & Tarantok Rise Ropes Course and Zip-Line.
Code of Conduct
To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, Tom Foolerys Adventure Park asks that guests comply with the following Tom Foolerys Adventure Park policies and all verbal instructions from Park associates:
- Tom Foolerys Adventure Park is a NO SMOKING area (including e-cigarettes and vapor pens).
- No weapons, object(s) that can inflect bodily harm, or guns (Penal Code 30.06 and 30.07) of any kind are permitted.
- Pets are not allowed inside the Park with the exception of service animals.
- Children under the age of 16 should be supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Do not deface, damage, or destroy any property and/or arcade machines.
- Profanity, obscene gestures, and/or offensive behavior are not permitted.
- Sharing, misuse of wristbands, or unauthorized resale of Action Cards/tickets or wristbands may result in confiscation without refund.
- Line jumping/ holding places in line is not allowed.
- No off-premises food or beverage allowed in Park.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave without refund.
- When on the rides, guests must adhere to all the rules & restrictions posted at each ride. A shirt and shoes must be worn on all rides. No wet swimwear or attire.
- No unsecured items are allowed on rides that may fall or be flung from the ride while in operation; this may include phones, selfie sticks, or large cameras.
- For safety reasons, no running, rough play, climbing, standing, and/or sitting on guard rails is not permitted.
- Safety violations and/or deceptive play that simulates a person in danger will not be tolerated.
- Tom Foolerys Adventure Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or any damaged personal property.
- Solicitation of any kind on Tom Foolerys Adventure Park’s property is prohibited.
- Guests may not use any power outlets located throughout the Park, including but not limited to, using them to charge cell phones.
- No commercial photographing or videotaping without written permission of Tom Foolerys Adventure Park/ Kalahar Resorts & Conventions.
- All riders must comply with all applicable laws, heed all posted and oral rules and refrain from acting in a manner which may knowingly cause or contribute to the injury of themself or others or in a manner contrary to prohibited acts for riders under applicable law.
- Texas State Law Provides: There are inherent risks in riding. Patrons must familiarize themselves with posted warnings. Patrons must make an informed decision of whether to ride and assume all personal risk if warnings are not obeyed.
- Guests are not allowed on Tom Foolerys Adventure Park property outside the operating hours.
- Tom Foolerys Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that is not in compliance with these rules.
Tom Foolerys Adventure Park is a family-friendly environment. Please be considerate of others and enjoy the Park. Guest safety is our priority. In addition to the Tom Foolerys Adventure Park Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local, state and federal laws as well as the individual Park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
